Elizabeth became interested in herbs and astrology when she was a child, along with many other subjects that weren’t taught in school. Having a family of avid gardeners and skywatchers helped set this foundation.
Elizabeth began her clinical experience in 1999 when she began studying and practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture alongside working in a herbal apothecary and complimentary therapy clinic.
She immediately began her focus on fertility and the childbearing years, expanding her education and experience. Elizabeth has held classes, groups and workshops for a range of audiences including; parents, parents-to-be, doulas, complimentary therapists, medical students, midwives and obstetricians. She also attended births in hospital and home settings, and attended and experienced medically unattended births.
Her interest and use of herbs continued throughout her work and home family life and astrology gained more of an active momentum along with more attentive nightsky observations.
After sixteen years, Elizabeth took several years out of private practice to concentrate on the needs of her family, whilst continuing her self led education, gaining further knowledge and experience in related subjects and honing the trajectory of her focus.
In 2022 Elizabeth renewed her registered private practice with CMA. Elizabeth currently offers astrology, medical astrology, herbal consultancy and herbal preparations, and very occasionally bodywork treatments, with special focus on family health which includes reproductive health and the childbearing years. She offers workshops on these subjects.
