Elizabeth carried out moxibustion treatments and by 35/36 weeks my baby was no longer breech. I was told that if I didn’t start labour naturally by 14 days over my due date I would be induced. Once again I was keen to avoid high levels of medical intervention and I wanted a natural birth. During this time Elizabeth supported me immensely. With Elizabeth’s help my daughter was born without medical induction. Elizabeth taught me coping techniques that I was able to use during labour, I always felt very relaxed during my consultations with her and positive about the birthing experience.
