21 December 2025 – 19 January 2026
Excerpt from the Perennial Wheel Winter 2025/2026
As the vital energy of the Sun moves through cardinal earth sign of Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, those prone may experience issues with the knees, hams, joints and bones. A useful herb for skeletal structure and bones is Mullein, Verbascum olympicum. Mimulus flower essence, Calcium Phos cell salt and Vertivert essential oil are associated with general Capricorn syndromes.
‘The stars incline, they do not compel, a trinity of testimonial’s is needed for certainty. With foresight and preparation, a certainty can be prepared for, helping to either enhance or negate, as needed.’ E.W.

Herb potentising dates during the winter season.
Through the Capricorn ingress we have several dates that should be suitable for herbal potentising earthy type herbs, though bone builders, nutritive tonics and astringents. Dates include for the waxing moon 21st, 29th, 30th December, and for waning; 6th, 7th, 8th, 16th, 17th of January. The 18th could still be useful, though is a Dark/New Moon and will change from the Moon in Capricorn to Aquarius in the evening. The earth Moon phases where seen as times to induce vomiting if necessary, so weren’t seen as good for starting courses of herbs.
These transits may affect you personally, if you are predisposed, this can be seen within your natal and other related charts, usually by what is termed a Trinity of Testimonial’s, though otherwise they are general.
If you are likely to be susceptible to this influence, making preparations of meditation and prayer, practicing forms of psychic self defence maybe necessary. The best psychic self defence is considered to be from those of your personal ancestral roots and not of foreign belief systems. Creating and maintaining a strong ancestral veneration practice is seen to strengthen against malicious forces.
The safe use of herbs and other remedies will always depend upon your unique health situation, and you should always take into consideration any possible contraindications; pregnancy and lactation, children’s doses, herb/drug combinations, allergic reactions and up and coming surgery, seek advice from your trusted health professional if not 100% sure.
